Introductions:

Solid phase extraction is widely used for isolation and purification of single or a mixture of analyte from a solution. SPE are used in samples cleanup for analysis in GCMS, HPLC and other chromatographic or analytical method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of trace amounts.

SPE offers several advantages over liquid-liquid extraction such as: -
